Hermitage, Pa. — Hudson Student Housing, a family-owned student housing developer and operator, has hired Paula Uden. Uden will be assistant director of management and development. She will oversee the leasing initiatives at the new Hudson Lofts in Erie, Pa., which is a 200-bed community adjacent to the Penn State’s Behrend Campus that is opening fall 2014. The units are available in 1- through 4-bedroom options.
