Inland American Begins 416-Unit Community Near UCF

University House Central Florida will open for the fall 2012 semester.

Orlando, Fla. — Inland American Communities Group has commenced construction for a $65 million student housing community in Orlando. University House Central Florida is being built on approximately 10 acres at 3200 N. Alafaya Trail — one mile from the campus of the University of Central Florida.

Slated to open in August 2012, the project will contain 416 fully-furnished units over five stories. Amenities will include a fitness center, a multimedia lounge, a swimming pool, sports courts, a putting green, tanning beds and secure garage parking.

Local firm Winter Park Construction is the general contractor. Humphreys & Partners is the project architect.
