College Station at Valdosta has been rebranded The Gates at Valdosta.Valdosta, Ga. — A Joint venture between Innovative Student Housing and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital has purchased College Station at Valdosta, a student housing property less than one mile from Valdosta State University. The acquisition provides an option to develop an additional 500-plus-bed phase, which could be delivered as early as 2015.
Innovative took over management of the property in March and became familiar with its operations prior to the acquisition. David Neef, Innovative’s COO, said the firm’s management platform yielded immediate results for their partners.
Since the management takeover, Innovative has re-branded the property as The Gates at Valdosta and launched a new property website.
