KeyBank Provides $28.1 Million Acquisition Financing for 790-Bed Community in North Carolina

Greensboro, N.C. — KeyBank Real Estate Capital has provided a $28.1 million Freddie Mac loan for the acquisition of Sherwood Forest, a 790-bed community located near the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Erik Storz of KeyBank arranged the financing on behalf of the borrower, Vesper Holdings. The first mortgage loan is structured with a 10-year term, four-years interest-only followed by a 30-year amortization schedule.
