Lake Superior State Selects Corvias for Student Housing Development

Sault Ste. Marie, Mich. — Lake Superior State University will partner with Corvias on a new student housing community at the university’s campus in Sault Ste. Marie.

Morrie Walworth, the university’s vice president of finance and operations, estimates that the project will cost $30 million. Further details on the development and a timeline for financial close have yet to be announced. Initial talks between the public-private partnership are set to begin in January.
