Atlanta — Landmark Properties and Selig Enterprises are set to break ground on The Standard at Atlanta, a mixed-use development near the Georgia Tech campus in Atlanta.

The 362,000-square-foot property will feature 765 beds and over 10,300 square feet of retail including a new Starbucks Coffee drive-thru. The community will offer studio, one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom floor plans with washers and dryers and private balconies. Community amenities will include a clubhouse, rooftop pool, tanning beds, fitness center, sauna, golf simulator, study lounge and computer lab.

The joint venture expects the first phase of the project to be open to residents during the second half of 2018. In addition to owning and managing the development, Landmark Urban Construction will serve as the project’s general contractor. Atlanta-based Niles Bolton Associates is the architect.
