Daytona Beach, Fla. — Mallory & Evans Development has closed on construction financing for Bellamy at Daytona, a 376-bed student housing development located in Daytona Beach, Florida.
The community will serve students at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and Daytona State College, among other universities in the area. Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group secured the financing from Dallas-based Texas Capital Bank on behalf of the borrower. The property will offer fully furnished units with bed-to-bath parity, including two-story, five-bedroom penthouses. The project is scheduled for completion next fall, and will be managed by Caliber Living.
