Vincennes, Ind. — McKinley has been retained as property manager and advisor for The Annex of Vincennes (formally known as Campus Habitat) will immediately begin managing this purpose-built student housing community adjacent to the campus Vincennes University, which is the oldest public university in Indiana. The property consists of 53 units and 130 beds and offers a mix of two-bedroom, one-bath and six-bedroom, three-bath floor plans. A complete renovation of unit interiors and common areas is planned.
