Cleveland — Acquisition touts ‘end-to-end’ solution.
Cleveland — MRI Software has acquired Realty DataTrust Corporation, the holding company for VaultWare. MRI develops management and investment software, while VaultWare provides consumer-focused apartment marketing and user-friendly leasing. These services include reserving specific units online and enabling property leasing staff to access inventory, property photos, site plans and videos from a tablet while giving tours of the property. The acquisition combines two tools into one for owners and managers.
