Las Vegas — The National Apartment Association’s Student Housing Conference & Exposition is underway this Monday through Wednesday at the Wynn Resort. The conference kicked off Monday night with a gala cocktail party. The opening session on Tuesday morning featured fast-growing student housing companies Campus Apartments, The Preiss Company, Campus Advantage, Campus Crest and Campus Habitat. Tuesday’s other general session was a panel of students from colleges across the country. Breakout sessions focused around technology, marketing, leasing and operations. More than 100 exhibitors were part of the conference’s trade exhibition, which runs Tuesday and Wednesday. Student Housing Business serves as the doctoral sponsor of this year’s NAA Student Housing Conference & Expo.
