Houston — Wanda Norrick has rejoined Asset Campus Housing as senior vice president of student housing. Norrick is responsible for the student housing operations support team, which includes oversight of budget compliance, adherence to company policies and the assessment of all system efficiencies onsite. Norrick had previously worked for Asset Campus Housing, handling financial reviews, reporting requirements, operational issues and assisting with underwriting, preparing strategic business plans, reviewing cash management as well as several other duties.
Asset also recently picked up a new management contract at Campus Pointe, a 372-bed community in Bowling Green, Ky. The property is two miles from Western Kentucky University.
