Athens, Ga.— $13 million project underway in Athens.
Athens, Ga.— The Roger B. Kennedy Inc.’s construction team broke ground April 9 on The Flats at Easley Mill, a $13 million student housing facility that opens June 2013 on Oconee Street in Athens. The project is being developed by Flats at Carrs Hill and designed by Gary B. Coursey & Associates-Architects. The six-story, 138-unit project includes four stories of apartments atop two stories of structured parking.
