New Residence Hall Opens at Xavier University

Cincinnati, Ohio — A new 535-bed student housing and dining facility opened at Xavier University.

Cincinnati, Ohio — Bishop Fenwick Place, a new, 535-bed student housing and dining facility at Xavier University, officially opened in September. The 245,000-square-foot facility is the second largest building on the Xavier campus. Designed to house sophomores in suites of six to eight students in four wings, utilities on each wing can be monitored to promote eco-friendly living. Shepley Bulfinch was the design architect for the project, in association with MSA Architects of Cincinnati.
