Milwaukee — Ogden & Co. Inc. has arranged the sale of four apartment buildings and a parking lot near Marquette University for $6.85 million.
Brokers Michael Seramur and David Tighe of Ogden & Co. Inc. represented the seller, Wiegand Investments. Brokers Brett Garceau and Timothy Janusz of MLG Commercial represented the buyer, Charles Tunkieicz Farms Inc.
The properties are located at 601 N. 20th Street, 611 N. 20th St., 727 N 21st St., 734-754 N. 22nd St. and 2101 W. Wells St. They will be professionally managed by Ogden & Co. Inc.
