Arlington, Texas — Park7 Group has broken ground on Park Place Arlington, a 701-bed student housing community located one block from The University of Texas at Arlington.

The community will feature bed-to-bath parity and units with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and hardwood-style flooring. Shared amenities will include a pool, heated spa, half-court basketball and volleyball courts, study lounges, movie theater and a golf simulator. In addition, Park Place Arlington will include 9,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Humphreys & Partners Architects is the architect for the project and Mycoskie+McInnis+Associates is the project’s landscape engineer. Park7 Group is serving as the project’s general contractor and will manage the property upon completion.
