Bowling Green, Ken. and Omaha, Neb.— Peak Campus has been awarded management of two development projects totaling 752 beds in Kentucky and Nebraska.
Assignments include Muse - Bowling Green, a 381-bed student housing community under development near Western Kentucky University; and Muse - Omaha, a 371-bed community under development near Creighton University in Omaha. Both properties are being developed by The Vecino Group, and are set to open in August 2019.
Muse - Bowling Green will offer one- and two-bedroom, apartment-style units alongside multi-story, four-bedroom cottage-style units. Shared amenities will include a saltwater swimming pool, indoor and outdoor study areas, outdoor courtyards with fire pits and grill stations and a hammock hotel.
Muse - Omaha will offer studio, one-, two- and four-bedroom, fully furnished units with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities will include an on-site coffee shop, individual and group study spaces, a computer lounge, 24-hour fitness center and several outdoor courtyards.
