Atlanta — Peak Campus Management has hired three new staff members for three newly created roles at its home office in Atlanta. Kate Grasso has been hired as vice president of sales and leasing, Craig Pell as business intelligence manager and Jannette Oputa as director of international marketing.
Grasso's main responsibilities include development and implementation of national sales and leasing strategies, sales and leasing training, management of sales cycles and metrics, business and marketing plans and development of promotional programs. Grasso will work closely with other support departments to drive leasing performance across Peak's platform. She began her career at Archstone-Smith and was the vice president of sales and marketing at Carmel Partners prior to joining Peak Campus.

Over the past 18 years Pell has designed similar solutions for R.R. Donnelley, ZEP Industries, Acuity Specialty Products and most recently, Safeguard Self Storage.
As director of international marketing, Oputa will be focused on increasing Peak Campus' exposure to international students and ensuring that product and service packages cater to this target audience. Prior to Peak Campus, Oputa served as a lease acquisition consultant at Bell Partners where she acquired her knowledge and experience in the multi-family housing industry. Her most recent experience was in education management as an assistant director of admissions at The Art Institute of Atlanta where she worked with domestic and international students.
