Peak Campus Partners with Student Quarters to Manage 2,800 Beds

Atlanta — Peak Campus has been awarded and assumed management for a portfolio of student housing assets totaling 2,798 beds.

The announcement was made in conjunction with the announcement of a larger partnership between Peak Campus and Student Quarters, the student housing division of St. Clair Holdings that is an active buyer of student housing assets across the country. The two Atlanta-based firms will work to leverage their resources to realize operational efficiencies, enhance branding and maximize real estate value for their investors. 

The properties are located in Georgia, Michigan and Tennessee and include:

  • Student Quarters – Valdosta is a 568-bed portfolio of properties serving the students of Valdosta State University in Valdosta, Georgia.
  • Student Quarters – Carrollton is a 180-bed property serving the students at the University of West Georgia in Carrollton, Georgia.
  • Campus Walk is a 205-bed project serving the students at the University of West Georgia in Carrollton, Georgia.
  • Thirteen24 Lafayette is a 645-bed project serving the students of Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
  • Raiders Crossing is a 276-bed project serving the students of Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
  • University Gables is a 648-bed project serving the students of Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
  • The Woods at Greenland is a 276-bed project serving the students of Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
