Minneapolis — The Opus Group is developing the mixed-use community.
Minneapolis — Peak Campus Management has been selected as the property manager for the Station on Washington apartments serving the students of the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. The luxury, boutique-style 156-bed, 97-unit purpose-built student housing community will deliver in the summer of 2013.
The Opus Group is developing the Station on Washington, which will feature 11,172-square-feet of ground-floor retail. The planned Central Corridor Light Rail, expected to be complete in 2014, will pass in front of the property. The line will connect the downtown neighborhoods of Minneapolis and St. Paul. The floor plans include studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments with high-end finishes and upgraded furniture. Amenities will include a fitness center with free tanning, a penthouse lounge with city skyline views, a study lounge, ground floor retail, and underground parking.
"The Station on Washington is a well-appointed, intimate community that will provide the University of Minnesota students an exclusive living environment with an unbeatable location," said Bob Clark, president of Peak Campus Management.
