Provo, Utah — Redstone Residential Inc. has been awarded management of four new student housing communities located in Michigan and Illinois.
The first three properties are located at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan: 128 Collingwood, 500 Michigan and 550 Michigan. These three properties are being rebranded as The Manor at Campus View and The Gates at Campus View, respectively. 2900 Place, a currently managed asset in the market, is rebranding to The Tower at Campus View. Together, all of these assets will be known as the Campus View Collection at Michigan State University.
The fourth property is Landmark Apartments in Urbana, Illinois, serving students of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Redstone has rebranded Landmark to Element on Main and will be implementing a value-add strategy at the property over the next several months.
Redstone Residential operates approximately 10,000 beds of student housing in seven different states.
