Malvern, Pa. — Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions has promoted two of its executives to more senior roles in the organization.
Steve Nonnemaker has been promoted to senior vice president and will oversee and continue to advance the company’s development services function. Josh Smith has been promoted to senior vice president and will have general responsibility for business development, as well as the company’s marketing and brand.
With more than 15 years of industry experience, Nonnemaker has managed real estate development projects across multiple sectors. Over the past year he has managed the delivery of three student housing projects and currently oversees five projects in both pre-construction and construction phases.
Smith is a veteran of the higher education development sector with a background that includes business development, real estate development and project management.
