Atlanta — Atlanta-based Peak Campus has promoted Wendy Walker to CFO.
In her new role, Walker will be responsible for directing and providing leadership for the property and corporate accounting teams, which oversee financial management and reporting for over 200 legal entities and over $2.6 billion in real estate value.
Walker will also lead the activities of Peak’s financial planning and analysis group, manage the design and implementation of processes and procedures, internal controls, accounts payable and treasury management.
Walker has been with Peak Campus since it’s inception. Prior to joining Peak Campus, she served as senior property controller for LNR Property Corp.
