Fargo, N.D. — A partnership between PROfutt Limited Partnership, the real estate division of R.D. Offutt Co., and North Dakota State University is set to break ground on a new four-story housing complex.

The 344-bed property will offer a mix of two- and four-bedroom units, alongside 6,230 square feet of retail and a 3,847-square-foot student living area. The project will also offer 258 parking spaces. Construction is slated to begin this spring, with a completion date yet to be announced.
