The Bainbridge Cos. will develop Campus Circle Urbana, a 524-bed student housing community with 181 rental apartments located directly across the street from the University of Illinois in Urbana. Campus Circle Urbana is just steps from the University of Illinois Engineering School and two computer science centers. Its design is inspired by the retro “speakeasy” aesthetic of Chicago’s popular restaurants and clubs. Campus Circle Urbana is scheduled to deliver beginning in December 2015.
