East Lansing, Mich. — Formerly a hotel, The House Lansing will contain about 300 beds and several amenities when it opens in 2015.
East Lansing, Mich. — Campus Evolution Villages has been retained to manage The House Lansing, an approximately 300-bed property under development that will open in fall 2015. The property, which was previously a hotel, will be converted into student apartments consisting of studios, one- and two-bedroom layouts. Amenities will include a yoga studio, fitness center, screening room and a large indoor swimming pool. Campus Evolution Villages now owns and manages 21 student housing assets located in 14 states across the country.
