Dinerstein Cos. Hires Clay Hicks as President of Apartment Management

Houston — The company’s student housing division — Sterling University Housing — is a developer of off-campus student housing, with more than 35,000 beds across 63 properties.

The Dinerstein Cos. has hired Clay Hicks as its president of apartment management. In this role, Hicks will oversee the Houston-based developer’s portfolio of luxury apartments and student housing properties. Hicks previously was the managing director of real estate for Greystar, the Houston-area residential property management firm. Dinerstein is one of the largest apartment developers nationally, with more than 52,000 units in 28 states. The company’s student housing division — Sterling University Housing — is a developer of off-campus student housing, having built more than 35,000 beds across 63 properties.
