The Preiss Co. Awarded Management of 323-Bed Community Near the University of Baltimore

Baltimore — The Preiss Co. has been awarded management of The Varsity at UB Apartments, a 323-bed student housing community located directly across the street from the University of Baltimore.

The property also attracts students from seven other universities, including the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), Johns Hopkins University, Loyola University of Maryland, Notre Dame of Maryland University, Towson University, Stevenson University and Goucher College.

The 11-story community features studio, two- and four-bedroom, fully furnished units with bed-to-bath parity. Community amenities include a 24-hour, state-of-the-art fitness center; a computer lab; private study rooms; and an on-site Dunkin’ Donuts.
