University of the Bahamas, Providence Advisors to Develop 1,000-Bed Residence Hall

Nassau, Bahamas — A public/private partnership between the University of the Bahamas and Providence Advisors Limited is set to develop a 1,000-bed residence hall at the university’s Oakes Field campus in Nassau.

The project is scheduled for delivery in 2019, and will include a food court, fitness facility, theater, retail space, classrooms, a parking deck and individual and group study rooms. Asset Campus International will manage the property in partnership with the university.
