THP was hired in April 2011 to rebrand the former middle school that was renovated in 2009 as student housing. The building was emerging from receivership when Binghamton Affiliates LLP hired THP to recapture a market at BU as well as at the teaching hospital UHS Wilson Medical Center and Broome County Community College.

Campus Square had a 96 percent occupancy rate for the fall semester and has started signing leases for 2012.
