$37.4 Million Residence Hall Under Construction at FAMU

Tallahassee, Fla. — Kokolakis Contracting has assembled many local contractors for the project.

Tallahassee, Fla. — Kokolakis Contracting is constructing a $37.4 million, 6-story residence hall at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU). The 800-bed dormitory will be complete in June 2014. Kokolakis says it has utilized many local contractors for the project, which overlooks Bragg Memorial Stadium. The design is based on a mixed-use model and is intended to create a refreshed campus gateway. The architect is DAG Architects.
