Indianapolis — Annex Student Living has promoted Rob Martinson to chief investment officer.
Martinson served as vice president of development for Annex since 2013. As CIO, Martinson is responsible for overseeing all investment opportunities, managing and monitoring the organization’s portfolio, and developing strategies for growth.
Throughout his career, Martinson has managed real estate transactions totaling more than $300 million in retail, office, industrial, flex, self-storage, multifamily and student housing.
