Austin, Texas — Apogee, one of the largest providers of residential network (ResNet) services in higher education, has acquired Campus Televideo (CTV), a leader in higher education video services.
Apogee’s acquisition of CTV results in a new combined entity that will offer some of the most advanced networking and video services available. Apogee and CTV combine almost five decades of experience in serving the higher education community. Apogee will meld its technology leadership in higher education networks with CTV’s video solutions to provide a one-stop shop for ResNet and video solutions.
CTV, now a division of Apogee, transitions ownership from a venture capital-funded company to a privately held company whose sole focus is higher education.
