Houston, Texas — Houston-based Asset Campus Housing has been awarded management of four student housing communities previously controlled by Orion Property Group.
The properties, which total 1,819 beds, include Eagle Creek Apartments, located near the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas; University Edge, located near the University of New Hampshire in Durham, New Hampshire; Orchard Trails Apartments, located near the University of Maine in Orono, Maine; and University Edge Waco, located near Baylor University in Waco, Texas.
