San Marcos, Texas — Asset Campus Housing has been awarded management of Lyndon at Springtown, a 510-bed student housing community currently under construction near Texas State University in San Marcos.
The property is set to offer shared amenities including a resort-style swimming pool with poolside cabanas, a full outdoor kitchen, recreation room, fitness center, an outdoor game area, a sand volleyball court and outdoor fitness space. The community will also offer 31,847 square feet of retail space, and is set to open in summer 2019.
