Asset Campus Housing Managing Bridge Partners’ Recent UA Acquisition

Fayetteville, Ark. — The community is home to students as well as young professionals.

Fayetteville, Ark. — Bridge Partners, which recently acquired Crowne Apartments near the University of Arkansas, has selected Asset Campus Housing to manage the community. It has been renamed The Spectrum. This hybrid, 504-bed, property attracts young professionals as well as the student demographic. Some floor plans include fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, and walk-in closets. Amenities include a resort-style swimming pool and sundeck, fitness room, business center, dog park, sand volleyball court and outdoor fire pit area.
