Dallas — More than 200 student housing leasing, marketing and operations professionals gathered in Dallas today to hone their social media marketing skills at the second annual LeaseCon: A Social Media, Digital & Traditional Marketing Boot Camp, held at The Westin Galleria.
The event focused on using social media, website and online tools to increase leasing results. Participants from more than 25 student housing operators learned from the industry’s top marketing agencies and other leading operators about topics ranging from building your best social media presence, to marketing to Generation Z and virtual property tours.
Panelists included personnel from leading operators like Asset Living, Landmark Properties, Cardinal Group, Peak Campus and Redstone Residential. Presenters and panelists from leading marketing firms like Serendipit Consulting, Theshold, Agency Fifty3 and Winstar Marketing taught hands-on workshops to attendees.
The day included sessions such as “How to Build & Maintain a Brand that Turbo-Charges Your Marketing and Helps Generate Leases;” “What’s the Right Mix of Social, Digital and Traditional Marketing To Get Heads in Beds;” and “How to Find, Market & Lease to International Students.”
