Wilmington, N.C. — Burns Management and Wilmington, North Carolina-based Epproach Communications have launched smart home technology for multifamily communities.
The technology was recently implemented at Excelsior Park, a community owned and operated by Burns in Saratoga Springs, New York. The service includes 24/7 in-house support services; gigabit internet delivered over fiber optics; and a custom branded smartphone application. Epproach created the smart home solution in collaboration with Wink.
