West Lafayette, Ind. — CA Student Living has completed construction on Rise on Chauncey, a 675-bed student housing property located near Purdue University. At 16 stories, the property is West Lafayette’s tallest building. The complex spans 458,000 square feet with 283 fully furnished units. Apartments range from studios to four-bedroom units. Shared amenities include a 24-hour fitness and wellness center; a yoga room; a rooftop sundeck with cabanas, a pool and a hot tub; a penthouse club lounge; a research room with conference seating; dedicated private study rooms with televisions; and an arcade room with a pool table and games. Brinkmann Constructors served as general contractor for the community.
