CA Student Living Opens Four Communities Totaling 2,241 Beds

Chicago — CA Student Living has completed four student housing communities totaling 2,241 beds. 

Deliveries include HERE Atlanta, a 784-bed property located near the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta; Uncommon Flagstaff, a 587-bed community serving students attending Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff; HERE Tuscaloosa, a 430-bed property located near the University of Alabama campus; and IDENTITY Davis, a 440-bed community serving students attending the University of California, Davis. 

HERE Atlanta offers studio through five-bedroom fully furnished units, alongside shared amenities including a study cafe, community kitchen, fitness center, game room and rooftop swimming pool. Uncommon Flagstaff also features studio through five-bedroom units, alongside communal amenities including a sky deck, hot tub and co-working space. 

HERE Tuscaloosa offers fully furnished units in studio through five-bedroom configurations. Shared amenities include a resort-style swimming pool and spa with a poolside jumbotron; sky lounge and gaming area; resident club room; private study spaces; a group study lounge; and a fitness center and yoga room. 

IDENTITY Davis offers fully furnished three-, four- and five-bedroom apartments. Shared amenities include a swimming pool; an outdoor plaza; a sky lounge with a kitchen, television and game lounges; a fitness center; coffee and breakfast bar; indoor bike storage; and grilling and study courtyards.
