Campus Acquisitions Changes Name, Structure And is Developing in Canada

Ottawa, Canada — CA Ventures and local firm Viner Assets will be building near the University of Ottawa.

Ottawa, Canada — Campus Acquisitions has changed its structure and name and is embarking on a student housing development project in Ottawa to deliver in fall 2016. For the past several months, the Chicago-based firm has been operating as CA Ventures, with its student housing-focus operating under the name CA Student Living. The Ottawa Citizen is reporting that CA Ventures and Ottawa-based Viner Assets will be building a 630-bed project in the Sandy Hill area near the University of Ottawa, and that CA Ventures is considering projects in other Canadian markets. Campus Acquisitions was founded in 2004. CA Ventures is now the parent company to five niche business lines: CA Student Living; CA Office; CA Residential; CA Retail & Hospitality and CA Asset Services.
