Campus Advantage Awarded Management of 1,002-Bed Community Near The University of South Carolina

Columbia, S.C. — Campus Advantage has been awarded management of The Rowan, a 1,002-bed student housing community located near the University of South Carolina in Columbia. The community — previously known as The Southern @ 1051 — was recently rebranded in partnership with Catalyst. The property is also set to undergo capital improvements, which will include updates to shared amenity spaces and upgrades to unit interiors including the addition of new flooring, appliances, furniture and fixtures. The Rowan offers one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units. Community amenities include a swimming pool, 24-hour business and fitness centers, a clubhouse, game lounge, outdoor grills, full-size basketball and volleyball courts and shuttle service to campus.
