The property offers two-, three- and four-bedroom, fully furnished units. Shared amenities include an outdoor courtyard with grilling stations and three restaurants located on the ground floor. Catalyst — an Austin, Texas-based agency specializing in integrated marketing for student and multifamily housing — will manage the property’s online reputation and digital online presence. The company will also establish an overall digital marketing strategy for the community.
