Mobile, Ala. — Campus Advantage has been awarded management of Ivy Row at South, a cottage-style development currently underway near the University of South Alabama campus in Mobile.
Upon completion, the property will offer 186 beds in three-, four- and five-bedroom, fully furnished units. Shared amenities will include a swimming pool, courtyard, study lounge with private rooms, a fitness center, clubhouse, game room, dog park, and a pavilion and grilling area. The project is scheduled for completion in fall 2022.
