Campus Evolution Villages To Manage Archer Properties’ University of West Georgia Community

Carrollton, Ga. — The property has been re-branded The Flats at 316.

Carrollton, Ga. — Campus Evolution Villages has been retained to manage a 240-unit, 792-bed student-housing property serving students of University of West Georgia. Now branded The Flats at 316 by Campus Evolution Villages, the property, formerly known as Campus Quad, was developed, built and is owned by Archer Properties based in Atlanta. The community was built in two phases between 2006 and 2010 and includes two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans. The Flats at 316 has a resort style pool, fitness center, billiards and game room, sand volleyball and basketball courts. The property is served by shuttle bus routes to and from the University of West Georgia’s campus.
