Ocoee, Fla. — Campus Suites has launched a new acquisitions and asset management division called Suite Life Group. The group is targeting acquisitions and growth in Canada as well as in secondary U.S. markets. There are currently five acquisition projects in the pipeline. Campus Suites has 30 years of multifamily experience and 13 years in the student housing industry.
“We’ve developed properties at some of the largest universities across the country,” says Henry Morton, president of Campus Suites and the Suite Life Group. “But we’ve also had enormous successes in smaller, secondary markets, like Kentucky, Tennessee, South Carolina and Ohio. We see the opportunity in those markets as well as throughout the entire country of Canada.”
