Capstone Apartment Partners Brokers $4 Million Sale of 288-Bed Community Near Western Kentucky University

Bowling Green, Ky. — Capstone Apartment Partners has brokered the $4 million sale of CEV Bowling Green, a 288-bed community located near Western Kentucky University. Jonathan Hawks, Adam Klenk, Tyler Mayo and Austin Heithcock of Capstone Apartment Partners represented the seller, Campus Evolution Villages, in the disposition of the property to AFGV LLC. The community offers 72 four-bedroom, two-bathroom units alongside shared amenities including a swimming pool, hot tub, clubhouse, grilling area, fitness center and a computer lounge.
