Capstone Opens Two New Residence Halls At Bowling Green State

Bowling Green, Ohio — $81 million projects provides 1,318 new beds.

Bowling Green, Ohio — Capstone has developed two new residence halls, Centennial Hall and Falcon Heights, at Bowling Green State University (BGSU). Centennial Hall and Falcon Heights provide 1,318 new beds on the campus, in a mixture of private and shared bedroom suites, targeted primarily to first and second-year students. The $81 million projects was opened on schedule and within budget. Both halls are fully occupied for the 2011-12 academic year. Capstone On-Campus Management is responsible for management and operations of the facilities, in addition to marketing the communities to students and summer conference business, while the BGSU Housing and Residential Life office is responsible for the residence life function.
