Louisville, Ky. — Capstone Real Estate Investments has acquired The Arch Apartments, a student housing community located near the University of Louisville in Kentucky.
The community has been rebranded Trifecta Apartments and is set for substantial renovations and repositioning. As part of the planned multi-million renovation, one-bedroom units will be introduced to the community, which currently offers two- and three-bedroom configurations. All units will be renovated, the clubhouse will be redesigned and a yoga studio and business center will be added to the roster of shared amenities.
