Birmingham, Ala. — Marketing is aimed at non-profit owners of student housing.

Birmingham, Ala. — Capstone On-Campus Management has launched a new website and blog that it says will draw attention to the company’s work on campuses, specifically attracting owners of student housing that are non-profit partners to a university. The majority of Capstone’s communities are located on campus.

“This focus changes our approach to every aspect of managing a student housing community: from the staff we hire, to how we involve university stakeholders and incorporate their objectives, how we structure the management agreement, down to how we make daily operational decisions,” says Alton Irwin, Capstone’s chief marketing officer, explaining the new website.

The site follows Capstone’s April introduction of the blog Student Housing Matters, which was introduced to be an open forum for residential life and on-campus housing topics.
