San Antonio, Texas
— Carter hosted a groundbreaking for Tetro Student Village Jan. 30. The student housing community is situated on 16 acres and will include 121 flats and 77 townhomes located less than half a mile from the campus of the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA).

The community will feature two-, three- and four-bedroom units, and the townhomes will include two-car garages. Amenities will include a coffee shop, club room, fitness center, media room, resort-style pool, soccer field, grilling area, fire pit, study room, arcade, dog park, tanning room and volleyball, basketball and bocce ball courts. It is located less than a mile from several of San Antonio’s retail areas and UTSA Park West, the school’s under-construction athletic facility.

“Tetro Student Village has already proven to be a popular choice for UTSA students, as we are close to signing nearly 100 pre-leases, which represents about 15 percent capacity,” said Shannon Failla, operations specialist with Denver-based Cardinal Group Management, which oversees the management and leasing of the property.
